POLICY: All sales
on services and gift certificates are final. There are no refunds for any services performed. Violet skin and body care products
can be returned or exchanged.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift
Certificates have no cash value and are exchangeable for other services or products only. Gift Certificates are not refundable,
non-transferable or redeemable for cash. Violet Skin Boutique does not replace lost gift certificates.
QUIET ENVIRONMENT: As a courtesy to other guests, please
maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and pagers are not permitted.

CARE AND BODY CARE PRODUCTS: Violet skin and body care products
are 100% natural and contain absolutely no preservatives or chemicals of any kind. It is your responsibility to notify Violet
skin care professional before your treatments of any known allergies or sensitivities. We guarantee 100% satisfaction with
our products. All product returns are subject to full refund.
RIGHTS &
RESPONSIBILITIES: At
Violet Spa Guests receiving treatments have not only the right, but also the responsibility to communicate openly with their
therapist, esthetician or spa manager about their treatment during the treatment! Any special expectations, personal preferences
and/or possible concerns about how a treatment is progressing should first be addressed directly with the individual who is
rendering the treatment during the treatment.
Our professional spa experts are carefully selected and
thoroughly trained by Violet Mkhitaryan on all of the Violet skin and body care treatments and skin care philosophy. All treatments performed are done according to the Violet Skin Boutique treatment protocols.
If you have a special request to make your treatment more enjoyable
please do not hesitate to ask. If there are certain things you wish your therapist not to do such as work on your feet, your
face, your abdomen or scalp or hair please communicate your desires. In addition, you have the obligation to let your therapist
know about any health related conditions that could potentially cause you discomfort or harm during the course of your treatment.
This would include, but is not limited to pregnancy, recent surgeries, injuries, high or low blood pressure, heart conditions,
sensitivity and any other allergies.
All
of our services are designed to nurture, relax, restore and to meet your specific needs. We welcome your input and feedback.
